*Note: Incomplete registrations are not stored. You will need to complete another player profile if payment is not received at the time of registration. You will receive a confirmation email once processing is complete. Access into accounts is not available once registration is complete for privacy and roster accuracy. Any updates needed for player profile pages (email address, phone number, address, etc.) can be sent to email@example.com and you will receive confirmation of information updates within 2 business days.
Registration Refund Policy
Cherry Creek Youth Sports recognizes that, from time to time, players may need to withdraw from a sport due to unforeseen circumstances. Registration fees are based on a variety of costs determined by the total number of teams and number of players registered on each team. Because many of these costs must be paid in advance, player withdrawals still result in a cost to CCYS. As of 3/15/19 there is a minimum $50.00 fee for all registration refunds and in some cases when uniforms are already ordered (select sports), fees will also be deducted from the refund in addition to the $50.00 fee. If there are refund details, additions, or deadlines specific to a sport, information will be specified on the webpage dedicated to the sport.
Please review refund policies PRIOR to registering. Generally, (unless specified under a specific sport page) there will be NO refunds granted starting the first day that practice can begin (including any preseason workouts or camps) for any reason, including injury or scheduling conflicts. There are no exceptions, sorry.
All refund requests must be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the players name, age, sport, team (if known), and reason for the cancelation. Refunds can take up to 3 to 5 business days to process.
